HOW IT'S DONE

We make it as simple as possible, you take what you want and leave the rest. Our trained crew will come in set up/stage, research, and price each item in the home. We start advertising immediately to maximize ad views on the internet (Facebook/Craigslist/EstateSales.net, & more). We also utilize our highly targeted email list including our repeat customers.

There are never any upfront cost, any expenses such as garbage removal (stickers/dumpster) will be deducted from total sales. Our commission will be agreed upon once the home evaluation is completed.

We also offer a complete clean out service of unsold merchandise which is donated to local charities. We will leave your property broom swept and move in ready.

All antiques, collectibles, jewelry and art items are researched or appraised for optimum pricing to get you the most return for your items. We specialize in over crowed (hoarder) houses. And because we accept Visa/Mastercard it helps with sales of larger ticket items. We have many great referrals and reviews. Please give us a call for your complementary home evaluation walk through.
